Snoring is a major problem for the people who get a few times to relax and sleep. While sleeping with your partner, you might face the situation of snoring. At that moment what you do?  What do you feel? Sleeping in a wrong position will definitely give you a great difficulty in breathing while you are asleep. Lying flat on one back is definitely a wrong position. Aside from an improper alignment of the spine, mattresses of low quality can also make the situation worse.

So, before going to bed, check that you are lying in proper position in almost comfortable bed.
