Using Asonor

How does Asonor help reduce snoring?

Asonor lubricates and hydrates the mucous membranes in the throat, where its local physical action helps reduce snoring. You apply it through the nostrils using a directed jet stream that carries the solution to the throat.

How do I use Asonor correctly?

Use Asonor every evening before bedtime. Tilt your head back and pump 4–6 times into each nostril until you can feel the solution in your throat. Do not eat or drink afterwards. Watch our application video and read the current instructions for use for complete guidance.

My Asonor pump produces a stream rather than a fine mist. Is that normal?

Yes. Asonor uses a jet-stream applicator to help the solution reach the throat. A directed stream is intentional and does not, by itself, indicate a faulty pump. The solution needs to reach the throat, rather than remain only inside the nose.

How long does Asonor take to work?

The effect may not be immediate and can take up to two weeks. Use Asonor consistently as directed and make sure the solution reaches your throat. Results can vary from person to person.

Why do I need to feel Asonor in my throat?

The throat is where Asonor is intended to act. Tilting your head back helps the solution travel through the nostrils to this area. If it remains only in your nose, review your technique using the application video and instructions for use.

Can the Asonor bottle be used upside down?

Yes. Asonor’s pump is designed to work with the bottle tilted or inverted, helping you apply the solution while your head is tilted back. Follow the application method shown in the instructions for use.

Should I spray Asonor directly into my mouth or gargle with it?

Use Asonor through the nostrils as directed. The jet-stream applicator delivers the solution to the throat by this route. Spraying directly into the mouth or gargling is not the application method described in our instructions.

Can I eat or drink after using Asonor?

The instructions advise against eating or drinking after application. Plan to use Asonor at the end of your evening routine, just before bed, so the solution can remain in contact with the throat.

Can I use Asonor during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes. Based on the ingredient safety profile, Asonor is considered safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are unsure, consult a healthcare professional.

Can I use Asonor every night over a longer period?

Yes. Asonor may be used daily over extended periods. Follow the instructions for use, including the recommended application method and the storage instructions.
